Geoffrey is a monthly membership. There are two ways to hold one, and your price follows from which you choose.
A shared House Manager
Your House Manager looks after a small number of homes in your neighborhood. Your price depends on how many neighboring households share them: the more neighbors who join, the lower it goes. Be the first in your neighborhood and you have something very close to a House Manager of your own.
A private House Manager
One House Manager, one household: yours. No sharing, no scheduling around anyone else, and their full attention on your home. Arranged privately and quoted for your household.
Coordination is unlimited either way. What changes is how much of your House Manager's time in your home is yours alone. We will walk you through the numbers for your neighborhood on the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
We handle all of it
Hire privately and you become the employer: payroll, taxes, insurance, management, and the search again when they leave. With Geoffrey none of that is yours. One monthly membership covers the person and the entire operation behind them.

Our House Managers
A Geoffrey House Manager is trained to a standard we set and hold: formal etiquette, absolute discretion, and the judgement to make decisions on your behalf without needing to ask. They are employees, salaried and never paid on commission, background checked and referenced before they are ever assigned, and bound to confidentiality about your household.
They do not have to remember everything, and that is deliberate. Your household dossier does that, so your preferences, your routines, and your standards survive holidays, illness, and any change of personnel.
A network you never have to deal with
Geoffrey keeps a closely curated network of the best providers in each neighborhood we serve: cleaners, contractors, gardeners, groomers, and the specialists you only need once a year. Every one of them is vetted, licensed, and insured, and every one has been used by our own House Managers before they are put anywhere near your home.
Your House Manager deals with all of them directly. You do not collect quotes, chase a callback, or negotiate a price. And if you already have people you trust, they stay: your House Manager takes over managing your existing providers exactly as they manage ours. Nothing that already works has to change.
