An employed, vetted House Manager
Your House Manager works for Geoffrey, not for you and not for themselves. They are background-checked, referenced, and trained before they are assigned to a household, and we share that vetting with you. If something is not right, you escalate to a company, not to an individual.
Supervised and inspected work
Your House Manager books the vendor, meets them at the door where presence matters, supervises the work, and inspects it before it is signed off. The person who did the work is never the person who confirms it was done well.
Access you control completely
Grant a digital entry code you can change or revoke at any moment, hand over a key, or neither. Vendors receive a time-bound credential for a single visit, every entry is logged, and your access rules live in your household dossier so they are honored without you repeating them.
Property Protection Guarantee
If something goes wrong during work Geoffrey coordinated, we handle it. You report it to your House Manager, we investigate, and we make it right. Full terms are provided with your membership agreement.
Compliance and licensing
Every vendor in the network maintains current licensing, insurance, and bonding. We verify coverage and remove any vendor that falls out of compliance.
Resolution, not excuses
If you are not satisfied with a service, your House Manager re-dispatches at no cost to you and stays on it until it is right. Two households in our founding pilot had a bad vendor experience; we made it right, and both came back and bought again.
