House Manager
Run the operating layer of a small number of executive households, never more than five, all in one neighborhood. You are not the person who does everything. You are the person who makes sure everything gets done: finding and managing the right vendors, being there when the household needs someone present, and holding everything a family would otherwise have to remember. This is a salaried Geoffrey role with a platform, a vendor network, and a team behind you.
Responsibilities
- Own the household operation for up to five neighboring homes: coordinating services, vendors, schedules, and the details nobody should have to hold in their head
- Be physically present where presence matters: meeting providers, supervising work, inspecting quality, and handling what cannot be done remotely
- Build and maintain each household's dossier during a two to three week Household Operations Reset, then keep it current so the knowledge outlives any one person
- Translate unstructured input, from school emails to contractor quotes, into clear plans, decisions, and scheduled work
- Recommend, scope, and price work for the member's approval, then see it through to a verified finish
- Cover for a neighboring House Manager when they are away, and hand off cleanly when you are
Household Cleaning Specialist
Join Geoffrey's first in-house cleaning crew. Unlike the rest of this industry, you are a Geoffrey employee, not a contractor chasing gigs: a consistent route of member households, proper training, our equipment and supplies, and a House Manager who has your back rather than a rating that punishes you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent cleaning across a regular route of member households, following each home's own standards and checklist
- Handle deep cleans, seasonal work, and preparation for guests or events when asked
- Use approved products and follow safety and handling guidelines, including for delicate surfaces and finishes
- Flag maintenance issues, damage, or anything out of the ordinary to the household's House Manager
- Keep equipment and supplies in good order and report what needs replacing before it runs out
