Customer Success (Concierge)
Be the friendly face of Geoffrey for our residents. You will own the end-to-end concierge experience, building lasting relationships, coordinating services, and ensuring every interaction feels effortless.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling requests and follow-ups with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule services including cleaning, maintenance, and specialty tasks across the vendor network
- Monitor service quality through post-job check-ins and proactively resolve any issues before they escalate
- Onboard new residents, walking them through the platform and personalizing their experience
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve workflows and surface resident feedback
Account Executive (Sales)
Drive Geoffrey's expansion by acquiring new buildings and neighborhoods. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting property managers to closing partnerships, and play a central role in our growth story.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect multifamily buildings, HOAs, and property management companies across target markets
- Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building owners, and community leaders
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and lead-generation campaigns
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, forecasts, and market insights to inform company strategy
Dog Groomer
Provide professional, in-home dog grooming services for Geoffrey residents. You will deliver spa-quality grooming experiences while keeping pets comfortable and owners delighted.
Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, and breed-specific cuts
- Assess each dog's coat condition and communicate care recommendations to pet owners
- Maintain and sanitize all grooming equipment to the highest hygiene standards
- Arrive on time to scheduled appointments and communicate proactively about any changes
- Provide a calm, safe, and positive experience for every pet in your care
Home Cleaner
Deliver spotless, hotel-quality cleaning services to Geoffrey residents. You will follow our detailed cleaning standards to ensure every home is left in pristine condition after every visit.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to Geoffrey's quality checklist
- Handle specialty tasks such as deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and appliance detailing when requested
- Use approved, eco-friendly cleaning products and follow all safety and handling guidelines
- Communicate professionally with residents and the concierge team regarding scheduling and special instructions
- Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning visits
